Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is fulfilled and leaves our store, the delivery timeline will follow the shipping option you chose (e.g., Standard, Expedited, Express). At the time of fulfillment a tracking number if available will be created and sent to you.

For example when selecting Expedited shipping ( 1 business day )

the fastest your order would arrive would be two days

( 1 Processing & Fulfillment day ) + ( 1 Shipping day ) = 2 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping restriction will be listed in the product description 

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  • Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

United States of America ONLY

Please be advised that as of Aug 29th, 2025 the government of the United States has removed the $800 USD De Minimis exception. Due to this change in policy American customers have to pay their government duties and taxes on anything coming from Canada. Please note this is in addition to any applicable Tariffs imposed by the US government. 

As a small business we cannot manage the logistics of collecting and remitting these taxes. With a heavy heart we have removed the ability to ship to the US. American customer may still order and select store pick up or ship to an address outside on the states.
